Outpatient Services at CareNET

Located in the Cliffside Professional Building in Independence, Missouri, the CareNET clinic offers specialized, intensive outpatient programs for children, adolescents and adults.

We specialize in helping clients and their loved ones through difficult times. Whether it’s behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, substance abuse or mood disorders, we have effective programs and aggressive treatment options that will fit your busy lifestyle.

Our programs are structured as "Intensive Outpatient Programs." These programs are scheduled three evenings a week for three-hour sessions of working in a group setting. Because the family is an integral part of the solution, the family is included in at least one session per week.

Treatment begins with an individual assessment at the clinic. Each client has a primary therapist assigned who develops a treatment plan and oversees the client’s progress through the program. If medication management is required, the primary therapist will assist the client in accessing a psychiatrist.

• Pre-Adolescent Mental Health - Monday and Wednesday 4:30-7:30 p.m.
• Adolescent Mental Health/Dual Diagnosis - Monday*, Tuesday, Thursday 6:30-9:30 p.m.
• Adult Mental Health - Monday, Wednesday*, Thursday 6:30-9:30 p.m.
• Adult Dual Diagnosis - Tuesday, Wednesday*, Thursday 6:30-9:30 p.m.
